The circuit

Vincenzo Florio founded the Targa Florio in 1906. It ran through the Madonie mountains in the north of Sicily: tight hairpins, villages, stone walls, around 72 kilometres per lap. It was raced on public roads until 1977 and counts among the oldest and most dangerous races in the world.

The engraving follows the original photograph from the 1960s: "50° TARGA FLORIO · 1966", the 50th edition of the race, in polished stainless steel.
